Fresh mixed greens topped with carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers & red onions, & served with your choice of dressing $5
- Caesar Salad:
Romaine lettuce, croutons & Parmesan cheese tossed with Caesar dressing. Small $5. Large $8. (Add chicken $4, Steak $5)
- Green Apple Salad:
Crumbled gorgonzola cheese, spicy-candied walnuts, tart green apples, and red onion rings on a bed of fresh mixed greens. Served with raspberry vinaigrette. $9

- Reuben/Rachel:
Reuben: Sliced corned beef topped with sauerkraut and melted Swiss on rye. Rachel: turkey with coleslaw, swiss and 1000 island on rye. $9

CEOLTAS SPECIALTIES
- Guinness Beef Stew:
We take tender chunks of beef & combine them with fresh potatoes, carrots & onions & simmer them in a rich Guinness stock. Then serve it with our fresh-baked Irish brown bread $13
- Shepherds Pie:
We combine fresh carrots & onions with lean ground beef and simmer it all in brown gravy. Then we top it off with freshly mashed potatoes & bake it to perfection $13
- Corned Beef & Cabbage:
We braise the beef in beer for hours & then carefully trim it by hand, so it’s lean and tasty. Then we slice it thin & cook it in our “pot of gold,” serving it over boiled cabbage & potatoes with a side of horseradish cream $15
- Dublin Fish & Chips:
Beer battered Cod filet fried & served with chips & our house-made tartar remoulade $13
- Chicken Curry:
Tender chunks of chicken are simmered in a spicy curry sauce with fresh carrots & then served over rice or fries (or both) $14
- Chicken Pot Pie:
We take tenders chunks of chicken & bake it in a casserole with fresh carrots, potatoes & leeks covered in a velvety cream sauce, & topped with a light puff pastry crust $13
- Bangers & Mash:
Four Irish sausages, served over mashed potato and topped with traditional onion gravy $11
